Inverted Downunder
Pty Ltd
Overview
Inverted Downunder was started in 2005 and aims to bring world class
aerobatic display flying to Australia. The
company is expecting to display at 20 forums per year part time, or multiple
forums per week full time, ranging from air shows and football games, to motor
races and public events. The captive audience will be expected to be over one
million, with International exposure if televised.
The pilot is a current RAAF Fighter Pilot, who has competed
in and won aerobatic competitions in the United States and Australia. The
aircraft, the Giles 202, is the only one in Australia and one of the most
exciting aerobatic display aircraft in the world to date. Due to this
combination of pilot and aircraft, the nature of the performance, set to music
with smoke trailing, is attention demanding from start to finish.
Utilising the expected audience and
competitive edge of Inverted Downunder Pty Ltd, sponsorship will be sought from
corporate business eager to have their name associated with such an energetic
display. The plane will be painted to represent one major sponsor, with minor
sponsors names placed over the airframe. The plane can also be placed on the
ground at key locations, with the potential for public addresses by Matt about
flying competition aerobatics, display flying, and general motivational
speaking.
